*All Engagement Sessions include a minimum of 40 images delivered digitally, with print and personal use release.
All packages require a 35% non-refundable retainer fee at the time of booking to secure your date! Contracts must be signed by both the bride and groom, and the photographer at the time that the retainer fee is paid.
The remainder of your fee is to be paid no later than 2 weeks prior to your wedding date.
TRAVEL POLICY (A SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT TRAVELING FOR YOUR WEDDING)
Additional fees are required for travel beyond Vigo, Clay, Sullivan, Park, and Vermillion counties in Indiana, and Edgar and Clark counties in Illinois. A fee of 75 cents per mile outside of these counties will be applied to the final cost of your package of choice.
PAYMENTS
The final cost will be agreed to on the contract and no additional charges will be added on by the photographer for any reason. If the bride and groom wish to purchase additional print products or digital files after the delivery of final images, they will be priced a la carte, and will not be included in the final cost for the wedding package.
I currently accept cash, credit, and PayPal only. Absolutely no checks or other 3rd party cash apps will be accepted.
